What Force Todo is

A shared to-do app for small groups, where one person can put a job on another and the app reminds them until it is answered.

It is free to use while it is young. If that ever changes, you will be told before it affects you, and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.

Your account

You need an account, and it should be yours alone. Keep your password and your phone to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

You must be at least 13 years old.

Give us an email address that reaches you. It is how we would tell you about a security problem.

How to behave

This app exists to nag people, and that only works between people who agreed to it. Do not use it to harass, frighten or wear down someone who did not.

Do not put anything illegal in a job, and do not use Force Todo to break the law or someone else's rights.

Do not attack the service: no breaking in, no scraping, no attempts to reach other people's groups.

Accounts that do these things can be suspended or removed.

What you write stays yours

Your jobs, notes and group names belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the app: to store what you write and show it to the members of your group.

We do not use your content for anything else, and we do not train anything on it.

Notifications

Force Todo sends push notifications on purpose, repeatedly, because that is the point of it. You decide the quiet hours, you can turn push off for a group, and your phone can silence the app entirely.

Peck never nags the person who sent the job — only the person it is on.

No promises about uptime

The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never lose a reminder or never contain a bug.

Do not rely on Force Todo alone for something where a missed reminder would really hurt — medication, legal deadlines, a flight.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the app.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your profile. That removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service altogether, in which case we will give notice where we can.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye are the place for any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to your own courts.

If one part of these terms turns out not to hold, the rest still does.
